Cancellation Policy

You are responsible to cancel your plan. We do not accept cancellation notices over the phone or via email. Cancellations must be handled with the account management tools in Releventful.

Monthly Plan Cancellations

Monthly plan cancellations will result in the cancellation of your plan. You will continue to have access Releventful until the payment period end. Upon request, prorated refunds of the subscription amount may be issued within the first 5 days of a monthly plan.
After the first 5 days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Yearly Plan Cancellations

Yearly plan cancellations will result in the cancellation of your yearly plan. You will continue to have access to Releventful until the payment period end. Upon request, prorated refunds of the subscription amount may be issued within the first 14 days.
After the first 14-days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Use of 1:1 Onboarding Services

We offer free 1:1 setup services along with new plan sign ups. These services are complimentary as long as you do not cancel your plan within the first 3 months. All plan cancellations prior to 3 months will require full payment of the hourly rate of $100/h for any 1:1 set up services received during that time.

Note: any help you receive via email or our chat support will not count toward 1:1 set up services. Also, any virtual meetings you may have had with us prior to signing up for a plan will not count toward 1:1 set up services. Our 1:1 set up services are any and all set up and/or onboarding virtual meetings with your account specialist after you signed up for a plan.

Data Retention Policy

We will keep your data for up to one month after your plan is cancelled. After one month your data can be removed from Releventful.
