Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Releventful plan at any time using one of the following methods: through the account management tools in your Releventful account, by contacting our support team via email, or by phone. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm the cancellation and update your account.

Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)

Cancellations can be made at any time. If you cancel your plan within the first thirty (30) calendar days of your subscription start date, you will receive a prorated refund of subscription fees minus applicable payment processing fees.

After the 30-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation will stop any future renewals, but you will continue to have access to Releventful through the remainder of your current billing term.

Setup & Onboarding Services

Because setup and onboarding require dedicated time and resources, all purchased setup and onboarding services are non-refundable, even if your subscription is cancelled within the 30-day window.

Data Retention Policy

When a plan is cancelled, your account data will be retained for 30 days to allow time for export or backup. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from Releventful systems.
