You may cancel your Releventful plan at any time, and we provide several easy ways to do so: through the account management tools in your Releventful account, by contacting our support team via email, or by phone. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm the cancellation and update your account.
Cancellations can be made at any time. If you cancel within the first three (3) calendar days of your subscription start date, you will receive a full refund of subscription fees. After this 3-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will stop any future renewals, but you will continue to have access to Releventful through the remainder of your current contract term.
Because setup and onboarding require dedicated time and resources, these service fees are non-refundable.
When a plan is cancelled, we will retain your data for 30 days to give you time to export or save any information you need. After 30 days, your data may be permanently removed from Releventful.
