Cancellation Policy

You are responsible to cancel your plan. We do not accept cancellation notices over the phone or via email. Cancellations must be handled with the account management tools in Releventful.

Monthly plan cancellations will result in the cancellation of your plan. You will continue to have access Releventful until the payment period end. Upon request, prorated refunds may be issued within the first 5 days of a monthly plan. After the first 5 days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Yearly plan cancellations will result in the cancellation of your yearly plan. You will continue to have access to Releventful until the payment period end. Upon request, prorated refunds may be issued within the first 14 days. After the first 14-days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

If you're on a trial, if you do not wish to continue your plan, no action is required.

Data Retention Policy

We will keep your data for up to one month after your plan is cancelled. After one month your data can be removed from Releventful.
